[Igf-dev] [wsf-dev] if there is a call today I can't make it

I am open to a quick call on the 13th for Admin.  Though I have  
another call at 9AM

Originally we were going to start IGF calls on the 16th, but I think  
that got switched around when it became 2nd and 4th Thursday for  
IGF.  This would make it the 23rd for the first IGF Project call.
