[Igf-dev] Possible bug in schema

I notice a problem that has come up with regards to "operations".   
Operations (add, modify, delete, etc) are currently defined against  
schema and not against Interactions.

I am wondering if operations should be defined solely against  
Interactions?

We could continue to also state whether an attribute is read/ 
writable...but I think that should be solely defined within an  
interaction.
