I have posted some updates on the wiki. Examples - When discussed in the TEG, the architecture was a little complex - mainly because it covered both client and server scenarios. Accordingly I have created two scenarios: http://www.openliberty.org/wiki/index.php/IGF_Architecture#Examples Servlet Application - Shows a user agent accessing a servlet based application. The servlet application is able to leverage the IGF framework. This shows an application acting as a WSC. IDP Enabling an Application: This section shows a classic HR application that has a developer API for querying HR data structure. This shows turning an application into a WSP/IDP. New draft of the CARML-API. I have also posted to the wiki a new draft of the CARML-API. There are still quite a few edits to go. The main difference between the Oracle one and this one is that I've added "Interactions" to the UML which was published in the BMEG MRD for IGF. Note: I'm now beginning to call it "IGF Attribute Services API" so it sounds more like what it does. If someone has preferences let me know! http://www.openliberty.org/wiki/index.php/IGF_AttrSvcs_API Cheers, Phil Hunt Oracle -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... For those wishing to actively participate, please make sure you register for a sourceforge account. The IGF project can be found at: https://sourceforge.net/projects/idgov/ Once you have registered an account, let me know what your unix name (for sourceforge) is and I'll add you to the project! Note: we are still using the openLiberty Wiki for all project documentation and this news list for discussion (subscribe via http://lists.openliberty.org/mailman/listinfo/igf- dev_lists.openliberty.org). At this stage, the main work being done is to define a set of feature requests to build project milestones, etc. Expect to see this change a lot in the coming days. I have more or less followed the Eclipse model of using "Milestones". So our first milestone will be "Milestone 0.1" in which we get all the architecture and definitions done. This will not be a code check-in or release milestone. Phil Hunt Oracle -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... While there will be no call, we are planning on having a brief session at the F2F TEG meeting next week.
