[wsf-dev] [Igf-dev] if there is a call today I can't make it

I agree Brett.  My preference is a set schedule rather than an every  
other week.

1st and 3rd Thursday of each month is ClientLib
2nd and 4th Thursday of each month is IGF

(or the other way around)

As for governance/admin, we could schedule another day and another  
time, but again, my preference is a specific week(s) each month.  I  
think we should schedule one of these meetings soon, maybe next week.
