[wsf-dev] SAML ECP client for Mozilla

I think we should put an ECP plug-in for Mozilla which exposes an
InfoCard like interface for the user on the list of possible things to
do in the OpenLiberty work
 
Perhaps even extending the infocard identity selector plugin being
written by others to have this capability merged into the same plugin.
 
I would see this as a higher priority than the WSC work.
