No argument there, allowing that I can't seem to sell anybody on even a
cookie-manager to juggle discovery cookies, so I bet this will go over just
as well...

That seems to make more sense to me, but will certainly take more
coordination.

Debatable, but I think I can guess why, if you're thinking in terms of which
is more "ahead" of people's requirements vs. satisfying the immediate
pressures. I guess if the phishing stuff stays this loud, eventually it's
going to turn on SAML.
But the issue isn't what we think, it's who we have to do it. Are you
volunteering? Is anybody?
Or are you specifically saying that Liberty should try and seed this work
with funding and not the other?
