I never implied otherwise.

I see nothing about the OpenLiberty name that implies WSF. It implies
Liberty, but if that alone is an issue, I'm not sure what the code is doing
here to begin with.

There is no Apache model. Apache leaves naming up to each project. That
means a bunch of arguments instead of one, and that's all I was trying to
avoid. If you have the appetite, have at it.
